150 grams of Button Mushrooms (any type of will do)
1 med Zucchini finely diced
1 1/2 Red pepper ( I use half of a red, orange and yellow)
1 tbsp Paprika
2 tbsp Ground Basil
2 tbsp Ground Oregano
1 tsp Black pepper
1 large pkg lean ground beef (about 1kg)
1/4 cup of ground flax seed (can use bran also)
