Here is how you make Meatballs with Tomato sauce:

Cut onion thin and shred carrots.Combine ground meat, rice, 1/2 of onions, all carrots and lightly beaten eggs (add eggs one at a time while stirring ingredients together). Sprinkle with minced garlic, and seasonings, then mix well until everything is combined. Make balls from meat mixture. Roll them in flour and place into pan with hot oil. Let them brown from both side. Then in separate pan put 1 tbsp of oil and fry onion until golden brown then placed all of the meat balls into the pan. Mix tomato paste with 2tsp of sugar and salt with water(1l). Pour into pan.
