blanch the Savoy cabbage in boiling water for a minute, lay on towels to dry & cool.Cut tough ends of if need be.Cuisanart bread into crumbs, use fresh bread! No need to discard crusts.Put crumbs in bowl, pour milk on top. Add sausage, squeezed out of links or in bulk, parm & seasoning. Salt & pepper to taste.Make a golf ball sized (or slightly bigger) lump of filling, & wrap in cabbage leaf like a burrito.Secure with one or two toothpicks.For sauce- heat olive oil in Dutch oven, add fresh pressed garlic. Sautee til golden add Tomatoes.Bring to boil & reduce heat.Plop rolls in & cover.25 minutes one side, then turn over & simmer another 25 minutesSUPER YUMMY.Serving Size: Makes 6 serving of two rolls each.
