1/2 tsp bay leaves, dry

Here is how you make Sausage Jumbalaya:

Boil 2 cups of water and dissolve two buillon cubes. While water is going, cut up onion, peppers, and sausage. In a pan heat sausage in pan until edges turn. Add seasonings, peppers, and onions. Stir and continue to cook over md-high heat for 2 minutes. Add rice, tomatoes, and chicken broth (from the saucepan that you boiled) and stir together. Bring to a boil for one minute. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes, stirring every 5 or so minutes.
