Here is how you make Country Style Sausage Gravy:

In large skillet and high heat, brown both pkgs of sausage, while cooking add onion powder and garlic. When sausage is cooked through, drain fat and add milk. Lower heat to medium high and stir frequently until milk mixture comes to slow boil. Combine corn starch with enough water to dissolve and add to milk mixture. Continue to stir until comes back to boil. May need to add more corn starch to desired thickness. When done, season with salt and pepper blend to taste.
