Brown sausage in olive oil in a dutch oven.2. Remove sausage and drain off most of the fat.3. Add bacon to the pan and saute until crisp.4. Add in onion and saute for 2 minutes. 5. Add in carrots, celery, and mushrooms and saute for 2 more minutes or until vegetables begin to soften.6. Add in garlic and saute for 1 minute.7.
