Spread a thin layer of spagetti sauce across the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Fill uncooked cannelloni noodles with the cheese/sausage mixture and place side by side in baking dish. It is ok for the noodles to touch (I also place some in the pan sideways to accomodate more servings). Pour some spagetti sauce over each noodle (maybe a tablespoon or a little more). I might use ~2-3 cups of sauce for this amount of noodles. Add enough water to the dish to come to the level of the top of the noodles. Cover with foil. Bake about an hour at 350. Uncover, add ~1 cup of mozarella cheese to the top and return uncovered to the oven until melted.
