How Do I Make Sicilian Quachi?

Here is how you make Sicilian Quachi:

Add milk, sugar, salt, and butter to a saucepan and heat to scalding (120-130 degrees). In a large bowl, add 2.5 cups flour and yeast. When milk is scalded, slowly mix into flour and beat for 3-4 minutes until well blended. Add remaining flour, one cup at a time, until dough is smooth and elastic. Move dough to a floured surface and knead for 6-8 minutes. Place dough in a bowl and spray with oil and allow to raise for 45 minutes.When dough has doubled, roll out into a large rectangle. Spread garlic, parsley, nuts, cheese, and sausage evenly over the dough. Roll the dough to form a long roll. Cut one inch slices and place one inch apart on a greased baking sheet.
