Heat olive oil in a pan. Brown beef. Transfer to slow cooker. Add onion and garlic to pan. Cook until tender. Add mushrooms and cook until slightly tender. Add flour, toss to coat and cook for one minute. Transfer to slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients to slow cooker. Cook on LOW for 8 hours, or High for 4 hours.
