Here is how you make Beef and Potato Soup:

Boil Stew meat with water in large stock pot for 45 minutes to an hour with both cans of tomato sauce. Season to taste. I use tony chachere creole seasoning. Add corn and potatoes and cook an additional 20-30 minutes until potatoes are done. Add sausage for a great smoked flavor.
