Add the tomatoes, peppers, water, and seasonings. About 15 minutes before you're ready to eat, add corn and green beans. That's about it. Cook it at least 40 minutes so that the potatoes and carrots get soft, but it won't hurt it to let it simmer for longer than that - even a couple of hours will be fine.Serving Size:?12 - 3/4 c bowls?
