Here is how you make Portugese Kale Soup:

Heat oil - cook potatoes & onions. Cover, let cook 5 min stirring ocassionally. Add garlic, kale, bay leaf. Cover & wilt kale 2 min. Season with salt & pepper. Add beans, tomatoes, chourico & broth. Boil. Reduce heat to medium. Cook 5-10 min until potatoes are tender. Let sit in pot to blend all flavors 30 min or so.Serve with crusty bread & enjoy!
