Gound your beef, I like to add some season salt and garlic pepper salt to the meat while it cooks. Drain meat and add the ingredients, 1-2 cups of water and simmer, I like to make mine in the early afternoon and let simmer till the evening when we're ready to eat. You can also put in the crockpot and simmer until ready to eat. Simmering lets all your flavors cook in.
