Here is how you make Spicy Sausage Soup:

In a nonstick pot, lightly sprayed with cooking spray, saut? onions and garlic until onions are tender. Remove from heat, place onions and garlic in a small bowl and set aside. Add the ground sausage to the pot and break into chunks while browning meat on medium heat. When meat is browned slowly, add the tomatoes, beans, pepperoncini, red pepper, salt, cayenne, onion, and garlic. Bring soup to a boil. Cover the pot, reduce heat to low, and simmer for about 30 minutes. You will need to stir soup occasionally.
