1/2 tsp ground black pepper
3 oz fresh mozzarella (smoked is good too)
3 oz thinly cut prociutto
3 tbsp chopped basil
4 tbsp freshly grated parmesan cheese (1 tbsp on each serving)

Makes 4 servings.In 350 degree oven, bake asparagus for 12 minutes, let cool and cut into 1 inch pieces.In boiling water, cook spaghetti according to package directions.In large skillet, bring olive oil to medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook about 20 seconds until fragrant. Add the pasta, asparagus, salt and pepper and toss to coat. If too dry, add some pasta water until your liking. Remove the skillet from heat. Add mozzarella, prosciutto and basil and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
