Canned Tomatoes, 1 can
Zucchini, 1 cup, diced
Onions, raw, 1/2cup, chopped
Whole Wheat Spaghetti, cooked, 2 cup


How Do I Make Crunchy spaghetti?

Here is how you make Crunchy spaghetti:

In a saucepan bring water to a boil and cook the spaghetti. Reserve.In a frying pan, saute the onion, zucchini and beef. Once the beef is cooked, strain to remove any fat and place in an ovenproof dish. In the frying pan, add the canned tomatoes to warm. Once warm, add to the beef and mix. Mix in 1/4 of the reserved spaghetti. Then put the rest on top. Place in the oven at Broil and let the top spaghetti layer become brown.
