How Do I Make Jessica's spaghetti and meatballs?

Here is how you make Jessica's spaghetti and meatballs:

Mince garlic clove. Put in all the dry ingredients + worcestershire sauce + garlic into the ground beef. Mix the ingredients with your hands (this is important!) until everything is incorporated. Using a food scale, measure out 1 oz of ground beef and roll it into a ball. Place the ball onto a separate dish. Have a skillet on medium heat, heating on the stove (sprayed with pam) and the oven preheating to 350. Once all the balls are done, place them into the hot skillet. Cook for 3-4 min on one side then turn. Do the same for the other. Once done, place into a small oven safe bowl. Fill the bowl with the ragu sauce and pop into the oven for 30 minutes. 15 minutes before the balls are done, start boiling the water. Put the lid on the pot cause it WILL make the water boil faster. Put the pasta in the water and cook until al dente, then drain. When the balls are done, take out and spoon the sauce and 2 balls over the drained pasta. Mix pasta until sauce is incorporated. This recipe serves 4. Feel free to serve a side of salad w/ this dish!Number of Servings: 4Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user KRYSTALILY.
