2.5 lbs ground chuck or hamburger meat of choice
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium bell pepper, chopped
3 cloves garlic
2 - 8 oz cans of tomato sauce
1 large tomato


How Do I Make Lib's Spaghetti?

Here is how you make Lib's Spaghetti:

Makes 8 servingsChop veggies and place in pot. Add meat and cook til no longer pink. Drain the meat (get that fat out of there!) and put back in pot. With heat on medium, add both cans of tomato sauce. Chop tomato in slightly large pieces and add to sauce. Once it begins to simmer, cover with a lid and turn heat down to keep it simmering. Put on your pot of water for noodles and prepare them. While preparing the noodles, leave the sauce covered. Once the noodles are drained and ready to be plated, turn off the sauce, stir real good to mix make sure it's mixed and place on top of noodles.
