2 lbs chuck steak
1 cup soy sauce
1 cup cannola oil
3 cloves garlic chopped
2 cups of onion chopped
3 tabelspoons fish sauce
1.5 cups of granulated sugar
2 lbs of spaghetti
4 cups of cabbaage chopped.


How Do I Make Oriental Spaghetti?

Here is how you make Oriental Spaghetti:

Slice chuck steak into thin strips. place in covered bowl add soy sauce and let marinate. I invert the bowl off and on to get the soy sauce on all of the meat. While the meat is marinating chopp 3 cloves of garlic and place to the side. then chop 2 cups of onion.In a wok pour 1 cup of oil and let warm.when oil is ready place garlic and cook until brown. when the garlic is brown add the onion. (this will stop the garlic from cooking.when onion is clear add the chuck seatk with the soy sauce. stir until meat is brown. add 3 tabelspoons of fish sauce and 1.5 cups of sugar. turn down the heat, cover and let simmer.before you start the garlic to cooking get a pan of water and start it to boiling so that you can cook your Spaghetti noodles. Cook spaghetti as directed on the package.When your spaghetti is ready add this to your meat and sauce.
