1 bell pepper
1 jar of Green Giant mushrooms
1 Yellow squash
1 Zucchini squash
1 cup snow peas
3-5 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp extra light olive oil

Here is how you make Spaghetti--"SPLAGHETTI":

Makes 8-10 servings.The Great thing about this recipe you can add or subtract what you like which will make a difference in the calorie count. For instance...This makes a great Vegan dish without the meatballs... I've added carrots and baby corn in the past...Use PAM instead of olive oil for the veggies etc.Make the meatballs (usually 12) and bake on 325 for 20-25 minutes.While the meat balls are baking chop up the bell pepper, squash and heat them on a low setting on the stove top. Add in the jar of mushrooms drained, 2 cloves of garlic, 1/2 onion, and snow peas in the skillet with the olive oil. cover, stir frequently until veggies are not too firm.Heat a pot of water to boil (hi on stove top) once the water boils add the barilla noodles and stir frequently until noodles have your desired tenderness. Strain the noodles and add one of the jars of sauce, add the veggies and the meatballs. Add the last jar of sauce along with the last two raw garlics minced and the 1/2 raw oninion chopped.
