1C onion, chopped
1 can whole tomatoes (28 oz)
1/2 C Water
1 can (4oz) mushroom stems and pieces, drained
2tsp salt
1tsp sugar
1 tsp chili powder
7 oz spaghetti, broken into pieces
1C 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Brown hamburger and onion in dutch oven until light brown, drain. Stir in tomatoes (with Liquid), water, mushrooms, salt, sugar, chili powder, and spaghetti; break up tomatoes with a fork. Heat to a boil, reduce heat . Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, until spaghetti is tender, about 30 min. (add water during cooking if needed.) Sprinkle with Cheese. Cover and heat until cheese is melted.
