1 yellow onion, chopped
1 large stalk celery, chopped
1 large clove garlic, minced
1 T olive oil
1 pound ground venison
1 15 oz. can, or 2 cups, of no-salt tomato sauce
1 6 oz. can of tomato paste
1 15 oz. can of no-salt diced tomatoes
1 T basil
1 T oregano
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp salt




How Do I Make Venison Spaghetti?

Here is how you make Venison Spaghetti:

Heat the olive oil in a sturdy non-aluminum pan over medium heat. When hot, add the onions and celery and saute for 10 minutes or until onion begins to soften. Add the garlic and stir for 1 minute. Add the ground venison and stir into the vegetable mixture. Keep stirring until the venison has browned. Add the tomato sauce, tomato paste, and diced tomatoes.
