-2 1/2 cups of Stewed Tomatoes(Sliced)
-5 cups(2 cans) of Primo thick & Zesty(low in fat) Spaghetti sauce
-4 cups(680 grams) of Primo Rotini pasta
-1 Tbsp of Italian seasoning.
-1 cup of water

Here is how you make Greg's Thick and Zesty Spaghetti:

#1 prep the ground beef by cutting into small pieces, and place into deep frying pan on medium heat, with 1 cup of water, and cover.#2 Chop, and dice all vegetables to equal 1 cup.#3 when ground beef is cooked(all brown), empty into strainer to get rid of grease, and rinse frying pan with water, then re-add the ground beef to the pan, and place back on medium heat.#4 Add vegetables to ground beef in the frying pan, then add the Onion salt, and Garlic powder and Italian seasoning; and stir for 10 seconds over medium heat.#5 Add Spaghetti sauce, and Stewed Tomatoes, stir until sauce is well blended with ground beef and vegetables.#6 Let sit on medium heat for about 15 mins with lid on, stirring every 2 minutes.#7 Boil water on high heat in large pot; once boiled place Primo Rotini pasta into pot, and stirr constantly until pasta is soft( You can check this by taking one Rotini out and testing it).
