How Do I Make Quick and Easy Pork/Spinach and Ricotta?

Here is how you make Quick and Easy Pork/Spinach and Ricotta:

Preheat the over to 425. Grill the pork with garlic, olive oil, basil and parsley. I prefer fresh basil but dried does in a pinch. Drain off the juice. Cook noodles or use leftovers. In a small glass baking dish, layer noodles, pork, spinach and top with ricotta. You can easily use lowfat to cut calories here but since I make my own ricotta it seems silly to go buy some! Pop in the oven until the Ricotta begins to brown on the top. This takes a very short time, maybe 10 minutes.
