2 c. cauliflower
1 c. chicken broth

red chili flakes

How Do I Make Savory Butternut Squash Bowl?

Here is how you make Savory Butternut Squash Bowl:

Half butternut squash, clean insides, microwave for 5 minutes.Toss chopped cauliflower w/ 1 tbsp. olive oil, salt, pepper. Roast in oven on 350 along w/ squash until somewhat soft. Remove squash when it is soft enough to eat.Meanwhile, chop bacon and fry. Remove bacon pieces and add halved brussel sprouts to bacon oil. Saute until aromatic. Add chopped garlic, saute for 1 minute, then add chicken broth. Cook until brussel sprouts are almost soft - add cauliflower - cook for another minute or so.
