1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS, RUB ON BOTH SIDES OF THE FLANK STEAK AND PLACE IN GALLON-SIZED ZIP LOCK BAG AND REFRIGERATE MINIMUM 3 HOURS OR OVERNIGHT.

1 cup fresh cilanto leaves
1tbsp minced fresh garlic
3/8 cup olive oil
2 tbsp red wing vinegar
1/2 tbsp kosher salt
