What Are The Ingredients For Cereza's Steak Enchiladas Recipe?The ingredients for Cereza's Steak Enchiladas are: 6 oz. sirloin steak, all fat removed2 burrito size tortillas 1/2 c. shredded Mexican 4 cheese blend 1/3 c. chopped onions 1 can enchilada sauce taco seasoning How Do I Make Cereza's Steak Enchiladas?Here is how you make Cereza's Steak Enchiladas: Grill the steak, let cool. Slice it as thin as humanly possible, or shred it. Put it in a skillet and season with some of your favorite taco seasoning (mine is home made, so no weird stuff in it).Add a little water, bring to a boil, and let cook down. Cut tortillas in half, put about a tablespoon of cheese and a few onions on each half, then divide the meat evenly among them and roll up.Put just enough enchilada sauce to cover the bottom in a square glass baking dish. Place enchiladas in dish and pour the rest of the sauce on top of them. Sprinkle 1/4 c. of cheese and remaining onion over the enchiladas.
