Water, separated 2-3 Tbsp Flour 1 Medium to Large Yellow or White Onion, whichever you prefer for taste, chopped 2 Cloves of Garlic, minced 1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil Pepper to taste How Do I Make Grandma's Steak and Gravy?Here is how you make Grandma's Steak and Gravy: Dice the onions & mince the garlic. Saute in pan with olive oil. Cut round steak into bite size pieces and add to sauteed onions and garlic. Add some pepper to raw meat.After beef is browned, add 3/4 cup of water and 3 beef bouillon cubes. Bring to a boil and make sure bouillon cubes have dissolved. In a separate measuring cup, add 1/4 cup COOL water and a few tablespoons of flour. Whisk until consistency is smooth. Stir into meat mixture with whisk or fork. Turn the heat down to let it simmer and be sure the consistency is smooth.* Add pepper to taste. Simmer for as long as you like stirring occasionally.*Note: You may have to play around with the flour/water mixture depending on how watery/thick you like your gravy.
