1 tsp each salt and ground pepper
1 /4 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Ground Mustard
1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
1 tsp Thyme leaves, dried
1 cup Beef bouillon
2 Tbsp water
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp Sun Dried Tomatoes
1 Tbsp Arrowroot flour
1 Tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped





How Do I Make Salisbury Steak with Light Gravy?

Here is how you make Salisbury Steak with Light Gravy:

Heat Olive Oil in non-stick skillet over medium heat until hot; add onions, mushrooms, thyme, salt, and pepper; Saute until onions are transparent, then remove from skillet.Place ground beef in mixing bowl; add garlic powder, ground mustard, 1/4 cup of onion/mushroom/thyme mixture, and 1/8 cup of bouillon; mix until well blended.Form Beef mixture into 4 equal-sized oval-shaped patties.Re-heat non-stick skillet over medium heat until hot; add patties and brown on both sides. To make gravy, stir arrow root into beef bouillon; add water and remaining onion/mushroom mixture; stir well, then pour all over patties.Continue heating over medium heat until gravy begins to thicken, approximately 3 minutes.
