How Do I Make Marinated Steak Tips?

Here is how you make Marinated Steak Tips:

Makes 6-4oz. servings, cooked.1.) Clean and trim any excess fat and connective tissue from beef. Once trimmed, cut into cubes, approximately 1 1/2". Place into a 6- or 8-cup plastic container.2.) Combine dry ingredients with beef. Cover, and shake until meat is well coated. If the container you're using doesn't have a lid, mix with your hands or a large spoon.3.) Pour olive oil and Worcesteshire Sauce over meat, and cover. Shake container to cover meat with the wet ingredients.4.) Marinate for at least 30 minutes--overnight is best!5.) When you're ready to cook, discard any excess marinade. For grilling, make sure your grill is very hot, and cook to your level of doneness (rare, medium, well-cooked, etc.). To broil, set your oven to Broil, and cover your broiler pan with foil. Lightly spray with a non-stick cooking spray, and place meat cubes approximately 1-2" apart.
