Here is how you make THM Salisbury Steak:

1. Make the patties. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, eggs, Baking Blend, pepper, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Form into 12 ball and then flatten into patties.2. Heat half the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry half the patties until nicely browned, about 4 minutes per side. Remove to a plate and keep warm. Add the remaining oil to the skillet and fry the other patties. Set aside with the rest of the patties. 3. Make the gravy. Add the sliced onions to the skillet with a splash of beef broth and salt. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring to loosen any bits of meat and drippings from the pan. Add the mushrooms and saute a few minutes more. 4. Sprinkle the Baking Blend over the mixture in the skillet and toss to blend well. Gradually mix in the remaining beef broth. Simmer over medium-low heat, whisking vigorously while sprinkling in up to 1 teaspoon Gluccie, until the gravy starts to thicken. 5. Turn the heat to low, return the patties to the skillet, cover, and simmer for another 15 minutes without stirring too much, as you don't want to break up the patties.
