How Do I Make Steak Seasoning?

Here is how you make Steak Seasoning:

1. Mix all ingredients in a baggie and seal. Shake it to thoroughly combine all ingredients. 2. Cut a small hole in the corner of the bottom of the bag and pour into an empty spice container. (Save your old spice containers and rinse/dry them out for your homemade seasonings)3. Season both sides of steak then let rest for 40 minutes. (If you skip this part then what happens is the salt draws the moisture out of the steak and doesn't allow it to settle back in and you will end up with a drier steak). 4. Once the grill is nice and hot, place the steak(s) on and cook for 4-5 minutes until it's browned and slightly charred.
