2 lbs. Sirloin Steak
1/4 cup Flour
1/2 Medium Onion, Sliced
1 cup sliced fresh Mushrooms
1 Tbsp Dry Onion Soup Mix
1 Tbsp, Worcestershire Sauce
2 1/5 cups water
Butter Spray


How Do I Make Wyoming Steak?

Here is how you make Wyoming Steak:

MIx water, worcestershire sauce and onion soup mix. Flatten steak by pounding. Sprinkle with seasoned flour and pound again. Brown in hot skillet with butter spray. Remove and saute onions and mushrooms with butter spray and a about 1/4 cup of the seasoned water. Turn the heat up to medium and sprinkle 2-3 tablespoons of the seasoned flour over the mushrooms and onions stirring to coat. Pour in the remaining seasoned water all at once to make the gravy. Place meat in a casserole and pour sauce and vegetables over. Bake 2 hours. I would think your could make this in the crock pot, although I've never tried it.
