1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 carrot, peeled and diced
1/4 cup fresh parsley
1 bay leaf, cracked
2 cups beef broth
2 Tbls. tomato paste
2 Tbls. cooking sherry
1 onion, sliced in rings

Here is how you make Dollbabe56's Swiss Steak:

6 servings.Combine flour, salt and pepper in shallow dish. Lightly dredge meat in mixture. In pressure cooker, heat oil. Add steak and saute in hot oil, 2 pieces at a time. Use long-handled tongs to turn steak to brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.Add onion, garlic, carrot, parsley, and bay leaf to hot oil and cook 3 minutes, stirring with wooden spoon to loosen browned particles on bottom of cooker. Stir in broth, sherry, and tomato paste. Mix well. Place steak pieces in sauce. Secure lid. Over high heat, develop steam to high pressure. Reduce heat to maintain pressure and cook 18 minutes. Release pressure according to manufacturer's directions. Remove lid.Add onions to steak and sauce. Season with salt and pepper, stirring well. Secure lid. Over high heat, develop steam to high pressure. Reduce heat to maintain pressure and cook 2 minutes. Release pressure according to manufacturer's directions.
