Tenderize the steak. Take the thyme leaves, garlic, salt, pepper & McCormicks seasoning & rub into both sides of the meat. Broil until desired "doneness". Well, Medium, rare. Coat the bottom of a skillet with Pam cooking spray. Turn on low. Add vegetables. Season with oregano, salt, pepper & garlic. Sautee until just limp.
