4 C green beans, straight cut
16 oz ground beef (extra lean)
2.5 C ( 1 can) Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
4 C whole Mushrooms fresh (sounds like a lot, but there’s lots of “dead space” in 4 C of WHOLE button mushrooms!)
2 C strips Green Peppers (bell peppers)
2 C sliced Onions raw
4 C slices crinkle cut frozen carrots
1 can (14 oz.) ready-to-serve Beef broth or bouillon
2 TBSP. Garlic powder
4 TBSP. Parsley dried
Cajun seasoning (low sodium) to taste (I like it SPICY)

Here is how you make Burger Stew:

Brown the ground meat well, put aside, rinse & wipe pan. 1 TBSP olive oil in a large skillet, add mushrooms (WHOLE) and stir til nice & brown.add chopped onions and green peppers ( i usually julienne them ... it looks pretty)After peppers & onions are softened, put the meat back in the pan. Add green beans & carrotsAdd diced tomatoes & spicesPour beef boullion over the top, cover & put on low for about 30 minutes til frozen stuff is hot all through.
