1. Sear stew meat on the Saute setting in a scant tbsp of olive oil. 2. Add carrot, onion, celery, peppers, and garlic, saute for 3-5 minutes. 3. Add potatoes and green beans, and beef broth. Stir thoroughly.4. Add seasonings of your choice - oregano, thyme, salt, peppers (I like a 6-pepper blend for a little more heat).5. Pressure cook for 12 minutes on high, allow steam to naturally release for at least 15 minutes.6. Add a flavor enhancer such as 1 teaspoon cinnamon.7.
