Here is how you make Pressure Cooker Lamb Stew:

Brown meat in pressure cooker season with salt and pepper.(Original recipe calls for 1.5 lbs of lamb we don't eat that much meat so I cut it down) set meat aside. Cook onion and garlic 3 minutes. Sprinkle with flour cook 1 more minute. Deglaze with wine. Add everything else but peas to cooker. Lock lid in place and pressure cook for 15 minutes. Let pressure drop naturally.
