Put pork in crockpot on low and add brothlet cook while sleeping (6 hours - whenever you feel like taking it out)Flip the pork after 3 hours or so.When pork is cooked take it out and shred it. While shredding add your favorite veggie mix. Mine was a 32 oz frozen bag that had no potatoes in it. Then add the pork back in and mix.Add seasoning to taste. I added the french onion soup and a small bit of wine. Cook until vegetables are your preferred texture.
