1 Tbsp minced garlic
4 Cups water
1 tsp dried oregano
2 Cans (10.5 Oz each) condensed Chicken broth
1/4 tsp each salt and pepper
1 6oz bag baby spinach leaves
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1-Mix all ingredients except spinach leaves and lemon juice in a 31/2 quart or larger slow cooker.
