2 tbsp Tomato Paste
1/4 cup Red Wine
2 bottles Guinness extra stout
2 tsp Beef Bouillion Concentrate
3 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw
6 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) Potato, raw
1 Large Yellow Onion
4 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf
1 dash Pepper, black, to taste
1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 cup Peas, frozen

1. Cut the meat into small chunks, put it in a rimmed dish and toss with the soy sauce and garlic. Pour the wine one of the beers over top. Set in the fridge to marinate over night.2. Strain the juices into your crockpot, then sprinkle the meat with flour and toss to coat,Heat the olive oil in a frying or saute pan over medium heat.
