Here is how you make Crack Cabbage Stir Fry:

Fry the cabbage in 1 tbsp of the butter in a large frying pan on medium-high heat. Don't let the cabbage turn brown. Stir until cabbage is softened.Add salt, pepper, scallions, and vinegar. Stir and fry for a couple of minutes more. Put the cabbage in a bowl.Melt remaining butter in the same frying pan. Add garlic, chili flakes, and ginger. Saute for a few minutes. Add ground beef.
