Mushrooms, fresh, .5 cup, pieces or slices
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or sliced
Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, .25 cup
Braggs Liquid Aminos, 2 tbl orTamari soy sauce
Brown Rice, medium grain, 1 cup


How Do I Make CHINESE STEAK STIR-FRY?

Here is how you make CHINESE STEAK STIR-FRY:

*Season steak w/garlic & ginger (we used ginger essential oil), on rack on broiling pan broil steak (we grilled the steak), turning once, until rare, about 3 minutes on each side. Transfer to cutting board & cut into thin slices; set aside.*In a 12" pan skillet or wok, combine oils & heat over high heat; add celery, bell pepper & mushrooms & cook, stirring quickly & frequently until tender-crisp, 1-2 minutes. Add tomato & continue stir-frying for 1 minute. Add beef slices & stir-fry fro 1 minute longer. Combine broth, Braggs & cornstarch, stirring to dissolve cornstarch, add to beef mixture. Season w/pepper & cook, stirring constantly until sauce has thickened & vegetables are cooked through which is about 2-3 minutes.
