2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
3 tbsp Honey
3 tbsp Horseradish mustard


How Do I Make Ham and Pineapple Stir Fry?

Here is how you make Ham and Pineapple Stir Fry:

Prepare pasta according to directions. Prepare the rest while pasta is cooking.Cut broccoli, pineapple and ham into bite size pieces, making the broccoli and pineapple slightly larger than the ham pieces. I usually cut the broccoli first, then cut the pineapple while the broccoli is cooking, and cut the ham while the pineapple is cooking.Heat olive oil in large non-stick skillet or wok over medium high heat, add broccoli and stir fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the pineapple chunks, cook without stirring for at least a minute, so that the pineapple caramelizes on the outside. Stir and then cook for another minute, then add the ham.Combine sauce ingredients in a small bowl and stir or whisk to until well blended. Add to hot skillet and stir well to coat all of the pieces. Drain the pasta and add to the skillet, stirring well to distribute the sauce throughout the entire mixture.
