Here is how you make Kangaroo Stroganoff:

Fry onion and garlic until brown. I use a non-stick pan so I don't add any extra oil. Add mushrooms and scallions and cook until soft. Remove everything from the pan and fry kangaroo while stirring until brown. Add paprika, salt, pepper, and stir. Return everything to the pan, add sour cream and yogurt and cook until reheated through and bubbling slightly.Serving Size:?makes 5 servings of 1.5 cups each
