Here is how you make Venison Stroganoff:

Heat oil and butter together and fry venison quickly. Add salt and pepper to taste and transfer to platter. Add the onions and mushrooms to the skillet and saute, add pepper, Tabasco, tarragon, Worcestershire and tomato paste. Blend thoroughly. Remove skillet from heat and add the yogurt.
