Here is how you make Un-Stuffed Cabbage:

Cook brown rice according to directions.Brown ground beef, onion and garlic in a large pot. Once beef is cooked thoroughly, add tomato sauce, brown sugar, salt and pepper. Simmer for 5-10 minutes. Shred cabbage and add to pot and continue to simmer until caggabe is soft. Add cooked rice, stir and simmer another 5 minutes.
