1/4 teaspoon salt (to taste)
1/4 teaspoon pepper (to taste)
1 slice fat free Kraft single cheddar cheese

For sauce:
4 Tablespoons reduced sugar ketchup
1/8 teaspoon ground chipotle pepper

Here is how you make Cheddar-Stuffed Mini Meatloves:

Preheat oven to 400. Coat four 8-12 ounce baking dishes/muffin tin with cooking spray and place on baking sheet. combine beef, turkey, onion, mushrooms, egg white, 2 Tablespoons ketchup, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper in a bowl. Mix until well combined. Divide the mixture in to 4 even portions and place in prepared baking dishes. Make a 1 - 1 1/2 inch deep indentation with your finder down each meatloaf. Stuff with a Kraft Free Single Cheddar Cheese slice. Pinch the edges closed to seal.
