Add oregano and terragon.Salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.Cut tops off of bell peppers and remove seeds and place peppers open side up in crock pot. Fill each pepper with about a cup of filling. Place top of peppers back on each pepper. If there is any remaining filling place in bottom of crock pot. Cover and cook for 6-8 hours on low.
