5 tbs Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup Egg Beaters
3tbsp Basil
3/4 cup part skim Mozzarella Cheese
2.5 cups tomato sauce
1tsp cayenne pepper

Here is how you make Hamburger and Artichoke Italian Stuffed Shells:

Cook tomato sauce, touch of EVOO, and red pepper over medium heat for 1/2 hour.Cook shells for 5mnts only. Heat EVOO, garlic, and onions until soft. Add hamburger, half salt, half pepper until cooked thru. Add artichoke hearts and stir. Remove from heat and cool.Mix cooled beef with the rest of the ingredients.Cover bottom of baking dish with tomato sauce. Fill shells with 2tbsp of mixture. Cover with rest of sauce. Sprinkle with mozz. cheese. Cook at 400 for 20-30 mnts if fresh or 60 mnts if frozen. Serving size is per shell. 24 servings.
